CYCLE & FLOW

Evidence-based fertility education, empowerment, and support.

I’m a fertility awareness educator and fertility support practitioner. I have a background in biology and value evidence-based support.

Your fertility is an integral part of your body and health, whether or not you hope to become pregnant. Understanding the balances and cycles of hormones can empower you to live in tune with your body.

Let’s talk about how I can help. Send me an email, connect on Instagram, or book a free 15-minute consult to see if fertility support is right for you.

Are you trying to get pregnant? Are you using ovulation tests? Fertility lingo can be overwhelming sometimes, especially because we are rarely exposed to the proper terminology and how it's all connected. The timing of ovulation is adaptable and can vary by a little or sometimes by a lot. It does not always happen on Day 14 and it may never happen on Day 14 for you (Day 14 is just an average, despite what we are taught). Has your period ever been late and left you freaked out, and maybe confused if your pregnancy test was negative? Trying for pregnancy and need support in understanding your cycle? If you're trying to get pregnant and have been struggling to understand your menstrual cycle and how to chart it, let me support you and take some of the load off. Menstrual cycle tracking or charting actually doesn’t need a cycle at all if you are in a period of transition and are waiting for ovulation. Have you had a bleed in postpartum, only to have your “period” disappear again? You may have had an estrogen withdrawal bleed. You may see a lot about the benefits of cycle charting on social media, and may feel pressure to ditch hormonal birth control, but did you know that there are big differences in how you should be charting your cycle for achieving vs avoiding pregnancy?
